“I Cannot Forgive” – An AI-Generated Short Film
It offers a brief portrayal of the lives of women who, each in their own way, have become victims of tradition, belief, and ignorance.
“I Cannot Forgive” is a short film created through artificial intelligence, a new experience for the director and the team, whose previous work and background have been entirely rooted in documentary and narrative cinema. The film
emerged following the expansion of AI tools, the advancement of graphic scene production, and the growing possibility of creating images and films through this technology. “I Cannot Forgive” is an attempt to explore a new language
of storytelling without losing the human concerns and perspective of its creators.
The Rayka Cultural and Artistic Institute played a central role in the making of “I Cannot Forgive”, serving both as the producer and the executive producer of the project.
Throughout history, countless injustices have been inflicted upon women; a significant part of these oppressions has taken place in Asia. This video, created entirely through artificial intelligence, presents a brief portrayal of the
lives of women who, in different ways, have become victims of traditions, beliefs, and ignorance, women who have either resisted them or learned to live within them.
“I Cannot Forgive” has received numerous awards at film festivals around the world and has been recognized in various categories, from the United States to Egypt.
